The claims docket motion was made and approved by voice vote. Commissioners also approved carryover claims at the end of the fiscal year.
On personnel, staff reported Amanda had reached out to the Greenwood Community Development Corporation director (Michelle) but had not received confirmation that Michelle wants to remain on the board; commissioners asked staff to confirm Michelle's willingness to serve before moving forward with any reappointment.
What happens next: staff will finalize and circulate updated cash-flow information after tax-rate certification, submit tax-impact statements and public-hearing materials for any TIF amendments, and follow up to confirm the Greenwood CDC director's intent to continue serving.
