Summary

- Authorized a wire transfer of up to $2,000,000 to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (intergovernmental transfer for hospital augmented reimbursement; described as budget-neutral).
- Approved the Fiscal and Personnel Management Agreement between Brazos County and the Metropolitan Planning Organization for 10/01/2025–09/30/2028.
- Approved purchase of a public-safety camera system from Flock Group for $75,985.80 (agenda 12).
- Approved a Chapter 312 economic development agreement with Axis Pipe and Tube LLC and several utility permits, including Comcast’s conduit permit on Old Reliance Road and FiberLite’s permit for Ficki Road.
- Approved advertisement of RFP CIP20302 and related evaluation committee appointments for Road and Bridge Office Building Renovations.
- Approved budget amendment (agenda 21) that included CAD-related allocations (discussed in detail in a separate item); the motion prevailed by voice vote.
- Approved personnel changes of status, payment of claims, and acknowledged monthly reports (juvenile services and sheriff’s office).
