"We followed the process ... we're now at the point ... to present an ordinance ... for adoption to do the condemnation and demolition for 496," Hennett said while presenting the item.
A motion to adopt the condemnation ordinance directing demolition and removal was made and seconded; the board approved the motion by voice vote. The board did not record a roll-call tally in the transcript. Mayor Harris thanked staff for their work on the issue and the board carried the motion.
