By voice vote the commission approved a motion to create a three-member subcommittee to finalize the letter for transmittal to City Council, and later approved a separate three-person subcommittee to draft a list of questions for staff regarding CIP variances. Commissioners volunteered for the subcommittees during the meeting.
The motions were procedural and were approved by voice vote; staff and the commission agreed that subcommittees would draft materials for full commission consideration at a future meeting.
