Portland officials review USTA Pacific Northwest proposal to operate, invest in Portland Tennis Center

Berry said USTA PNW has proposed contributing roughly $2,300,000 toward specific capital improvements, while a broader deferred‑maintenance estimate for Portland parks is about $10.2 million and will require further review.
