The Clermont County Board of Commissioners unanimously appointed Rebecca Gough, assistant clerk, to serve as pro tem clerk for the board’s special session on Dec. 22, 2025.

An addition to the agenda to include a pro tem clerk was moved and seconded, and roll call recorded 'Yes' from Commissioners Bachelor, Corcoran and Painter. The board then moved to appoint Rebecca Gough; the motion was seconded and passed with unanimous 'Yes' votes.

No objections or further debate were recorded. The appointment was a procedural step to ensure clerical coverage for the special session.
