The Greenwood Advisory Planning Commission on Dec. 8 approved a bundle of procedural and land-use actions, clearing several plats and vacations and forwarding two major rezoning/annexation proposals to the Greenwood Common Council with developer commitments.
The commission began by approving the Nov. 24 minutes and granting continuances for two petitions (PC2025-079 and PC2025-081) after staff said legal descriptions were missing. The panel then approved a series of land-record actions: the Anderson Hauser plat vacation (PC2025-070) and the Anderson Hauser primary replat (PC2025-072) were both approved with conditions that easements and covenants be preserved and that new plats be recorded.
