At its Dec. 15 meeting the Richfield School Board approved the management team handbook and the classified management team handbook for 2025'2027.
Administrators said the handbooks include a 2% base-salary increase in both the first and second years, targeted market adjustments for positions identified as below median (including a director-level market adjustment and a payroll manager reclassification after job studies), family health-insurance improvements consistent with teacher units, a $250 second-year VEBA increase in some agreements and a $2,000 bilingual stipend for district-identified positions. The management handbook also reflects an evolving cabinet structure and clarifies leap-year and retirement-language updates.
Directors moved and seconded the motions to approve each handbook, and chair-recorded voice votes approved both handbooks. Staff said market comparisons and job studies supported the changes and that implementation will proceed in payroll and staffing processes.
