Commissioner Josh Rogers presented two resolution requests that would authorize the Bradley County mayor to enter into annexation interlocal agreements with the City of Cleveland.
The first resolution concerns a noncontiguous annexation of approximately 0.34 acres on Strawberry Lane, identified by the presenter as owned by Daniel L. Smith and further referenced with map/parcel information in the agenda packet. Rogers asked that this resolution be placed on the Dec. 15 voting-session agenda.
The second item is a separate resolution for the noncontiguous annexation of approximately 5.8 acres on Frontage Road, identified in the packet as owned by Bruner 1 LLC with parcel numbers given; Rogers also asked that this resolution be placed on the Dec. 15 voting session.
