Fleet maintenance: Jared Larson, operations manager for Public Works, requested two contract amendments with Eagle Tire and Automotive to extend maintenance service through Dec. 31, 2026 and add not-to-exceed amounts of $150,000 for non-police fleet and $250,000 for police vehicles. Larson said the city maintains 108 general operational vehicles and 205 police vehicles and that the city’s new maintenance facility and staffing plan remain the longer-term solution to reduce reliance on outside vendors.
