During regular business, the board moved to approve the consent agenda items (1–5). The motion was made and seconded and the roll-call vote recorded unanimous approval.
The board then considered the district's financial report for November 2025. Dr. Robinson described revenues and encumbrances, saying encumbrances were about $750,000 lower than the same time last year but reiterated a projected year‑end shortfall of roughly $2,000,000; after discussion the board moved, seconded and unanimously approved the financial report.
Finally, the board voted to enter an executive session to discuss the employment of listed individuals or positions, negotiations with employee groups, and possible purchase, appraisal, sale, lease or acquisition of real property. The motion passed on a recorded vote and the board entered executive session.
