He warned that House Joint Resolution HJR 201, as drafted, would eliminate roughly $609 million of that local budget if enacted, creating a "serious conversation" about how to maintain statutory services. "If 201 passes, we are in a situation where our entire funding to operate many of our key components" would be impaired, Abruzzo said.
