Developer Anija Hajdari described plans for townhomes and modular construction methods to reduce cost. During the public hearing, some neighbors asked whether the sale included any portion of the golf course or greens; staff and the developer confirmed the parcels under consideration are city property and not owned by the private golf operator. Staff said some outreach was done with adjacent residents and that further planning and site‑plan review will proceed as required.
Council adopted the resolution approving the sale by roll call; staff will process closing, planning review and future permitting.
