At its December meeting the West Haymarket Joint Public Agency approved a set of largely routine resolutions and contracts affecting Pinnacle Bank Arena and West Haymarket area projects.

Key approvals included:

• WH25‑30 — Amended fund statement to accompany the previously amended endowment agreement with the Lincoln Parks and Recreation Foundation; approved 2 to 0.

• WH25‑31 — Amendment to an intergovernmental MOU for shared physical access and control equipment; JPA share $10,000; approved 2 to 0.

• WH25‑32 — Renewal of a joint Purple Wave auctioneer services MOU (maximum JPA out‑of‑pocket $2,000); approved 2 to 0.

• WH25‑33 — Sole‑source contract with Alpha Video & Audio (SS277) for Vitec IPTV support, not to exceed $75,595.18; approved 2 to 0.

• WH25‑34 — Amendment to naming‑rights agreement among the JPA, IMG College and Stonebrook Roofing: Stonebrook to invest roughly $300,000 in suite‑level improvements and the JPA to contribute $100,000 toward the project; approved 2 to 0.

• WH25‑35 — Purchase order with StageRight for risers not to exceed $17,511; approved 2 to 0.

• WH25‑36 — Estoppel/assignment for project parking rights to Cornhusker Bank as part of refinancing (no financial impact to JPA); approved 2 to 0.

• WH25‑37 — Contract with MTZ Construction for loading‑dock concrete replacement, not to exceed $107,665; approved 2 to 0.

• WH25‑38 — Contract with Soba General Contracting for a new mezzanine storage loft, not to exceed $41,650.40; approved 2 to 0.

Each motion carried on roll call with Claire and Beckias recorded as voting yes. No substantive public comment was recorded on these items.
