"Same as always, the agreement has increased 2 and a half percent, so it's about $40 a year for our portion," staff stated. The commission voted by roll call to renew the agreement and authorized the mayor to sign the renewal.
Staff said the arrangement maintains continuous monitoring of river conditions and provides data the city uses for flood planning and infrastructure design.
