"The new total sum for this project will be $6,413,214 with a completion date of 02/24/2026," LaRosa said, and he told the board that Coleman Partners and project consultants had reviewed the contractor’s documentation and recommended approval.
Board discussion noted that the change order bundles a number of items and represents the final change order before project completion. Mister Cecil Harris moved to approve Change Order #3; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
The board did not read a line‑item breakdown into the record at the meeting; LaRosa and staff said consultants had reviewed the contractor’s submission and recommended approval.
