Johnson to the Civil Service Commission and Elizabeth Norin to Parks & Recreation). The council also approved an original Class B alcohol license for "Up North to Caro Superior LLC" doing business as Tappan Tower at 1106 Tower Avenue for an October 1 start through June 30, 2022.

The council approved a resolution in support of a Wisconsin DNR Urban Forestry Grant and adopted traffic‑code ordinances adjusting stop‑sign schedules and calendar‑parking exclusions, as recommended by the Public Works Committee.
