At the Dec. 22 meeting, Morgan Township trustees approved routine payments and several purchase orders needed for winter operations and 2026 obligations.

The board approved the payment listing for 11/25/2025 through 12/22/2025 (payments 1043–1137; warrants 13403–13432) totaling $130,839.28. Trustees also authorized a $20,000 purchase order to Compass Minerals America Inc. (fund 2231) to refill the township salt shed after reported winter usage of approximately 175–200 tons. The motion passed after a second and roll-call.

Fiscal officer requested and trustees approved adding the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the State Treasurer to the ACH vendor list and approved a 'then and now' PO to the Ohio BWC for $12,534 (fund 1000) to cover the premium installment for 2026. Trustees also approved a PO to First Star Safety LLC for $7,108.64 from fund 1000 for road re-tracing work completed in 2025.

All motions were moved, seconded and approved by voice/roll-call votes as recorded in the meeting minutes.
