Scott County specialty courts report: panel outlines referrals, housing, curfew checks and outcomes

A panel of judges, prosecutors, public defenders, probation officers and program staff briefed the Scott County Board on Nov. 18 about the county's specialty courts, which include treatment court and a districtwide veterans treatment court.
