Livermore — During the Oct. 13 meeting the City Council approved a slate of advisory-body appointments and invited the appointees forward to take the oath of office.
Staff read names for vacancies on the historic preservation and human services commissions. For historic preservation, staff read an appointment to an unexpired term ending 05/01/2028 for Daniel Curtis and an appointment to an unexpired term ending 05/01/2029 for Devin Caulfield. For the human services commission, staff read an appointment to an unexpired term ending 11/01/2028 listed in the record as "Yang, Anna, Yu," a reappointment to a regular term ending 11/01/2029 for Tracy Nakamura, and an appointment to a regular term ending 11/01/2029 for Steven Cox.
The council moved and seconded the appointments, and the motion carried unanimously. Appointees were invited forward, administered the oath of office as read by staff, and thanked by the mayor for dedicating their time.
The council welcomed the newly sworn advisory members and thanked them for committing to serve on Livermore’s advisory bodies.
