"The ordinance passes third reading with 9 ayes," staff announced.
- Joint County Industrial Park update (third reading): A related ordinance to include additional property in a jointly owned and operated industrial business park and update property status also passed third reading with 9 ayes.
- 3272 Ladson Road rezoning (third reading): An ordinance rezoning 3272 Ladson Road (parcel ID 3900000438) from Industrial I to Community Commercial (CC) passed third reading with 9 ayes.
