Staff told the board they would review bid documentation for administrative completeness and compliance, then circulate recommendations to the sheriff—s office and operations for technical review. Given the number of bidders and required checks, staff requested time to prepare an award recommendation. The board voted to table the award recommendation to the Dec. 23, 2025 open business meeting to allow staff to complete the review.
