What passed and procedural changes: Commissioners recorded no objectors to alcohol petitions listed for 2450 Windsor Spring Road, 1902 Windsor Spring Road and 1631 Gordon Highway and the body approved consent items 1–46 with the addendum. Item 52 was deleted at the request of sponsor D A Williams. Item 48 was removed from consent and referred back to the committee for further consideration and an application process, per Commissioner Stacy Pulliam’s request.
Votes and movers: Mayor Pro Tem Wayne Guilfoyle moved to approve the consent agenda; Commissioner Catherine Smith Rice seconded. The chair and clerk characterized the vote as unanimous on the floor.
