Council adopts Residential C zoning for condominium parcel (Ordinance 13-15)

The Escanaba City Council on Dec. 4 adopted Ordinance 13-15, rezoning a parcel to Residential C to allow a planned condominium project, Mayor Hamill announced after the roll-call vote.
