County staff noted the county is currently below other counties' effective rates for similar space and that a regional review by partner counties may prompt a future reevaluation of how rent and utilities are structured. A commissioner moved and the board approved the lease by voice vote. Staff will finalize signatures and continue to monitor inter-county arrangements for future years.
