Executive director: inventory deadline in January; fleet vehicles and senior centers updates

The director said fleet vehicles purchased with lapsed funds are being delivered and that each vehicle will be inspected by the Department of Public Works (DPW) before villages are notified of receipt. When asked whether every village will receive vehicles or only some that previously missed allocations, the executive director replied the deliveries cover all villages and will proceed after DPW inspection.
The executive director also announced that the senior-center operations program has resumed as of Tuesday, Dec. 2 after the council received funding from public health.
Mayors did not record any objections during the report and asked a few clarifying questions about delivery logistics and payment procedures for related events.
