Commissioners sought clarity on whether events would be indoors or outdoors and how many attendees the property could handle. Mr. White said the property could accommodate up to 40 people and later said he could accept a 40‑person maximum and a cap of 12 events per year (roughly once a month) as an initial condition.
Following discussion, a commissioner moved and the commission approved forwarding the item to the Board of Supervisors with two limiting conditions: a maximum of 40 attendees per event and no more than 12 events per year. The applicant said he would return to the Board if demand required adjustments later.
The Board will consider the SUP at its next meeting.
