Public works raised a concern about the clarity of the graphics in the submittal, specifically whether streets shown would be public streets or remain private. "Because my only comment is the graphic is so poor. It's hard to tell what is gonna be a public street and what is not," the public works representative said, and asked that the comment be sent in writing to the applicant for clarification.
Fire offered no additional comments on the record. The DRC did not record a formal vote at the meeting; staff said they would relay public-works comments back to the applicant.
