City staff previews 196-acre Onitch North plan development agreement ahead of council action

At the Nov. 19 Development Review Committee, staff updated members on the Onitch North plan development agreement, a required element of a planned development rezoning for a roughly 196-acre property located on the north side of Onondage Road. Staff said the parcel was annexed into the city earlier in the year and will be developed in a clustered style.
The presenter noted planning staff had no substantive comments and reminded the committee that approval of the agreement is required alongside the PD rezoning. Staff referenced a maximum density for the area of one unit per acre and said the PD rezoning and agreement are scheduled for City Council consideration on Dec. 17.
No DRC departments raised objections in the meeting transcript; staff will forward the item to council as scheduled.
