The Hoover City Council conducted a first reading Dec. 8 of an ordinance to amend the zoning ordinance for property at 900 Concourse Parkway. City Attorney explained the proposal would rezone the property from a split planned industrial (PI) and planned office (PO) designation to planned office (PO) to align permitted uses with the City of Hoover zoning ordinance.
City Attorney and councilors clarified the address during the reading after an apparent mishearing; the attorney confirmed the correct address as 900 Concourse Parkway. This was read as a first reading only; no final vote or public comment occurred.
