Later, the board approved the day's agenda following a motion and vote. The consent agenda, covering items A through G, was moved by Speaker 3, seconded by another member, and approved by voice vote.

Speaker 1 also noted that approval of the finance report and the personnel report were recorded as part of the session's routine business. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn that passed by voice vote.
