Board authorizes potential legal action to challenge City of Cheyenne stormwater fee

The motion authorizes the administration and legal counsel to pursue whatever legal steps are necessary to test the fee’s applicability to the district. The board then approved routine consent items and subsequently voted to enter executive session for student, personnel and legal matters.
