Commissioner Hall said the proposed amendments would revise Article 4 (general provisions) and Article 7 (area and bulk requirements) of Kent County zoning and include clearer limits and integration of agricultural structure rules. The ordinance was introduced for public hearing on Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 7 p.m., allowing residents to submit testimony at the hearing, which the county will advertise and include in the record.
Attorney and planning staff input was referenced earlier in the meeting in public comment; the county clerk’s office and planning staff will include the ordinance materials in the December public hearing packet.
