Titus County canvasses Nov. 4 constitutional amendment returns; court accepts results

Michelle Wharton, Titus County election administrator, read results for all 17 constitutional amendment propositions from the Nov. 4, 2025 election during a special meeting of the Titus County Commissioners Court. "I'm Michelle Wharton. I'm the Titus County election administrator. I'm gonna be canvassing the 11/04/2025 constitutional amendments," she said, and then read each proposition and the county totals for and against.

County Judge moved to accept the canvass of the Nov. 4, 2025 constitutional amendments; the motion was seconded (recorded in the transcript as seconded by Commissioner Parker) and the court recorded the motion as carried unanimously.
