He added that "the vendors were overall happy" with outcomes despite lower numbers than the previous year.
Pullen described logistics challenges: some vendors canceled on arrival during the first weekend because of wind, Santa was unavailable for appearances, and the Lake Central Choir "did show up" but was sent home because of the cold and wind. Pullen thanked town staff and volunteers, singling out Amy for outreach to vendors and Joe for managing the event warming area.
