At its Nov. 25 meeting, the Hamilton County Redevelopment Commission approved scheduled claims for routine debt-service payments totaling $10,795,126.46 and separately approved a Taft Law annual retainer invoice for $63,000.
Staff presented the regular schedule of bills that covers bond payments and asked the commission to approve the payments. Commissioners made and seconded a motion to approve the scheduled claims and voted by voice to pass the measure.
Staff then presented a separate invoice for Taft Law’s annual retainer in the amount of $63,000. The commission moved and seconded to approve that claim as well; staff indicated Jan will work with the auditor’s office to submit the Taft invoice through Workday for processing.
Both approvals were recorded by voice vote; the transcript does not include a roll-call tally or the names of motioners for each vote. The approvals were routine administrative actions required to keep debt service and professional services current.
