Council to consider lot split to create Cooper's Hawk parcel in Rockside Road development

Mayor Biaseata added the lot split "is so that Cooper's Hawk wants to own the land they're building on. ... they're gonna carve out 2.4 acres and council action tonight will allow Cooper's Hawk to go forward purchasing the land." The committee moved the lot‑split resolution onto the full council agenda as an emergency to enable the purchaser to proceed.
Council members recorded support in roll call; the lot split was presented as a routine land‑use action necessary to finalize tenant purchases and future parcelization.
