Council members asked clarifying questions about timing and whether additional companies would be able to pursue services at the airport following the split; staff indicated more details would be provided at the December 11 meeting.
No formal action or vote was taken during the study session; the item was presented for information and to solicit council questions. The Dec. 11 airport meeting was identified as the next opportunity for staff to present negotiated terms and answer additional operational questions.
