The board approved action item G‑1, authorizing Kids First Education to deliver teacher-effectiveness professional development to 12 high schools and additional middle and elementary schools. The district said funding will come from Title I and Title II allocations and carryover funds; the total was presented as $2,856,700. The item was adopted as part of a grouped motion to approve action items 1 through 25 by voice vote.
