Fairview BOC approves two rezoning items, accepts one subdivision bond and signs emergency medical MOU

At its Dec. 4 meeting the Board of Commissioners approved rezoning for a Harrison Drive parcel (5-0) and Hall Road (3-2), accepted Pennock Place bonded public improvements (5-0), deferred Adams Preserve acceptance to Jan. 15 and approved an MOU with Williamson Medical Center (5-0).

Rezoning and land-use votes - Ordinance 2025-23 (rezoning a parcel on Harrison Drive from RS-40 to RS-10) received a positive planning commission recommendation and passed on second reading 5-0 after a developer representative explained a concept plan for nine buildable lots (one lot will host a water tower to serve the area).
