Bannock County approves $2,500 donation, three resolutions and $1.33 million reimbursement memo in routine session

An unidentified commissioner moved to approve all three resolutions and the board voted aye to adopt them.
Dan Kendall explained a memo requesting reimbursement of $1,330,000 tied to the Northgate Exchange project. He said the county had previously advanced $1.3 million (including $100,000 from Morgan Bridge and $1.2 million from the general fund) and the memo seeks to reimburse and re-deposit that money into the appropriate original funds. Commissioners moved to sign the memo and approved it.
Finally, the board approved the consent agenda — accounts, the commissioners’ report, invoices, salary approval forms, an alcohol license and minutes for Nov. 25 and Nov. 26 — by unanimous voice vote. No public comment opposing these items was recorded in the transcript.
