A motion to adopt the minutes was moved and seconded; the clerk called the roll and Mister Hancock, Mister Stoner and Mister Vanderwerff voted Aye, carrying the motion.
Staff reviewed upcoming meeting dates and asked members to confirm attendance. Members present confirmed they could attend the next meeting on Monday, Dec. 8, 2025. Attendance for the Dec. 22 meeting remained uncertain for two members, and staff said items scheduled for that date could be moved to Dec. 15 if a quorum cannot be achieved. Members were asked to notify staff if their availability changes.
The chair reminded participants that the meeting was hybrid, available to the public by Zoom and telephone, recorded and subject to FOIA; staff will post the recording and materials on the county calendar. The meeting adjourned at the time listed in the record.
