The finance meeting was called to order by the chair and a roll call showed Alderman Dimas, Thompson, Patak, Reynolds, Luvieri, Jepsen, Herndon and Crane present; Michael was noted as absent.

Alderman Reynolds moved to accept the minutes of the finance meeting held 12/08/2025; Alderman Thompson seconded. The chair called for the ayes, the ayes were heard, and the motion carried on a voice vote.

With no questions raised about the bills on the agenda, Alderman Crane moved to adjourn; Alderman Thompson seconded. A voice vote carried and the chair closed the meeting.
