The LaSalle City Council approved a set of routine items at its meeting, including licensing requests, personnel actions and payment of submitted bills totaling $1,660,770.88.

On licenses, the council approved a raffle license request for Mort's Pub for 2026 and granted a rep license for Club 55 for 2026 after confirming the agenda posting and packet materials were available. The motions were made, seconded and approved by voice vote.

Council also accepted the retirement of John Arbesi from the LaSalle Public Works Department; council members expressed regret at his departure.
