He pays his own utilities and first month, rent is is free.” Speaker 1 seconded the motion and members voted in favor. Kate, the superintendent, confirmed the arrangement was amenable.
Board discussion leading up to the vote identified maintenance and condition issues in the house — including mold in a first-floor restroom and missing appliances. Board members agreed that needed repairs and replacement appliances could be handled out of the parks maintenance budget once estimates and receipts are provided, and suggested seeking donated or scratch-and-dent appliances to reduce costs.
