Seymour selects grant administrator and engineer as city prepares 2026 downtown revitalization application

A scoring committee recommended Public Management to perform application and grant-administration services for $60,000 (the fee is typically included in the grant award if the city is successful). The council approved awarding the administration contract to Public Management for $60,000 and separately authorized staff to negotiate and, if appropriate, execute an engineering-services contract with Jacob & Martin to support the application and, if funded, the project delivery.
