The Clark Township Zoning Board approved proposed meeting dates for 2026 and approved a correction to the minutes from its prior meeting at its Nov. 24 session.
Janet distributed the proposed 2026 zoning-board dates and Kelly said the schedule was adjusted to avoid holidays, moving the December meeting earlier so it does not fall in the week of Christmas. Board members were advised the dates can be changed later if conflicts arise.
A motion to approve the proposed meeting dates carried by voice vote, with no recorded opposition. Separately, a board member pointed out the prior minutes incorrectly listed the starting time as 8:00; the minutes were corrected to show a 7:30 start and approved by voice vote earlier in the meeting.
Board members discussed that if few or no applications are filed for the December meeting (then scheduled for the 23rd), staff could move applicants to January; Kelly noted applicants must be noticed at least 10 days before a hearing.
With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made, seconded and carried. The meeting closed after brief informal remarks from the chairman.
