Staff recommended and the commission adopted Resolution No. 308‑2025 by roll call, 4–0. A 14‑day appeal period was announced.
Consent calendar (Items 6–9): The commission approved consent calendar items 6–9 in a single motion, recorded as passing 4–0; a 14‑day appeal period was announced.
