LARAMIE — The Board of Adjustment on Monday voted to postpone a variance request related to a proposed construction-industry building at 460 West Garfield until the January 12 meeting after the applicant asked for a delay because only four board members were present.
Board of Adjustment staff informed the board that the applicant and owner requested postponement; the board took public comment (none was offered) and a commissioner moved to postpone the variance under cited municipal code sections. The motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. The chair then closed the Board of Adjustment meeting after a subsequent motion to adjourn carried.
Board staff also asked anyone who wished to speak on the item to return on January 12 or to submit written comment to planning@cityoflamarie.org for the record.
