She also claimed district payroll is "over $2,000,000" and raised a separate figure of "a $190,000" in bills for the period, urging the board to ensure bills and supporting documentation are posted on the district website in compliance with Illinois State Board of Education requirements.
Agnes also raised residency concerns, saying Parker attracts students who are not Flossmoor residents and suggested charging tuition for nonresident students and holding the households that provide addresses responsible for tuition. "If they're not residents of Flossmoor, don't allow them in," she said, arguing nonresident students contribute to discipline problems in some buildings.
